 WEEK - 8 On 22/01/2024 , I reached the school at 9:25 am and was assigned with the discipline duty. Today I had 2 periods for 8A and 8B respectively. On fourth period I went to 8B and started a new chapter, ' The School for Sympathy '. Pupil sat silently and listened. For 8A , I gave them the notes of the poem I taught yesterday. On 23/01/2024 ,  I had 2 periods for 8A and 8B. I gave them balance notes and taught the balance of the story. On the fifth period I went to 6A for substitution period. And the day ended up happily . On 24/01/2024 I had 2 periods for 8A and 8B. Today my optional teacher Mrs.Bindya came for observation. Pupil sat silently and listened to my class. After the class, teacher gave me suggestions and comments for my class. On the 6th period I went to 6A for substitution and on 7th period I went to 5A for substitution.  WEEK - 7 On 16/01/2024 the class starts usually at 9:30 am and ends at 3:30 pm with national anthem. Today I had 2 periods 9A and 9B respectively. On the third period I went to 6A for substitution and asked them to complete their notes. For 9th classes I gave them balance notes. On 17/01/2024 I reached the school at 9:20 am . As usual I had 2 periods for 9A and 9B. I gave them balance notes gave some activities. On the sixth period I had a substitution class for fifth standard, I managed the class . On 18/01/2024 , I reached the school at 9:15 am and was assigned with the discipline duty. Today my optional teacher, Mrs .Bindya came for observation. After completing the class, teacher gave me feedback for my class . She said about my improvements and positives. On 19/01/2024 the class began at 10:00 am . Today I had 2 periods 8A and 8B .   On 8/01/2024 the day starts usually with morning prayer on 9:30 am. I have two classes today on second and last period. Today majority of the students was absent in the class. Because certain guide classes were held today. On 9/01/2024 the day starts with morning prayer at 9:30 am. I have two classes on this day at second and sixth period on 9th and 8th classes respectively. On 10/01/2024 the day starts with prayer song . Today I had 2 periods 9A and 9B on 6th and 7th period. On 11/01/2024 I had 2 periods for 9A and 9B on 2nd period and 6th period. I taught them particular portion and gave them .  Innovation is defined as "the process of making changes to something established by introducing "something new". Innovative work help a teacher to teach a lesson easily. The role of innovative work is very important in English language teaching. In order to teach a lesson innovatively, the teacher must use a lot of pictures games and songs. In teaching learning process the role of innovative work is very important. It makes the class very important. It makes the class interesting. Innovative work is one of the effective method for teaching difficult lesson easily. So in English language education the role of innovative work is very helpful, useful and effective.  As part of our B.Ed curriculum, we are supposed to make any innovative w ork, so I made a teaching aid for the high school students " Active and Passive voice".  

 On 1/01/2024 we continued our teaching practice after 10 day christmas holidays. Students were eagerly waiting for their examination results. They are very pleased to see us . The next day was holiday because it was celebrated as mannam jayanthi day. On 3/01/2024 I reached school at 9:25 am and the morning prayer started at usual time 9:55 am . On second period I went to 9B and on the fifth period I went to 9B and started a new poem . I went into a conversation with them to enquire about the experience they have during their over all second term examination. On 4/01/2024 I have 2 classes for 9A on 6th period  and 9B on 7th period. On both classes I started to continue teaching my portions. Students eagerly payed attention to the class and responded correctly.
