Phase 2 - Week 6
22/7/24:
Today was the 25th day of my teaching practice, and it was a blend of productive teaching and unforeseen schedule changes. I reached the school at 9:20 am and signed the register, ready for the day's activities. During the 2nd period, I went to class 9A and taught them the balance portion of a chapter, which was a smooth continuation of our previous lessons. In the 3rd period, I went to class 9B, but I couldn't take the class due to an anti-drug campaign conducted by an NGO, which was an important initiative for the students. In the 6th period, I taught class 8B a new poem, engaging them with fresh content. During the last 15 minutes of this period, I distributed their corrected answer sheets, providing valuable feedback on their performance. At 3:30 pm, I signed the register and went home.

Today was the 27th day of my teaching practice, and it was a significant day for assessing student progress and receiving feedback. I reached the school at 9:20 am and signed the register, prepared for the day's activities. During the 4th period, I went to class 8B to conduct an achievement test, as I had informed them earlier. This test allowed me to gauge their understanding of the material covered so far. In the 6th period, I taught class 9B the last poem of their syllabus. The students sat silently and listened attentively, which was encouraging and demonstrated their engagement with the lesson. During the last 15 minutes of the class, I asked the students to write feedback about my teaching. This feedback is invaluable for my growth as an educator, providing insights into their learning experience and areas for improvement. At 3:30 pm, I signed the register and went home
