FIELD TRIP
On February 3, 2023, students embarked on an enriching field trip to explore the natural and cultural wonders of Kanyakumari. The journey commenced with a visit to the majestic Thirupparappu Waterfall, where cascading waters provided a mesmerizing backdrop for learning about hydrology and ecosystem dynamics. Next, the group ventured to the historic Vattakottai Fort, an architectural marvel overlooking the Arabian Sea, offering insights into the region's colonial past and strategic significance. Continuing their expedition, students delved into the spiritual ambiance of the Chitharal Jain Temple, marveling at its intricate rock-cut sculptures and absorbing the teachings of Jainism. This immersive experience not only fostered a deeper understanding of geography, history, and religion but also instilled a sense of appreciation for the rich heritage and natural beauty of Kanyakumari.
