 A school induction program is designed to help new student teachers familiarize themselves with the school's facilities, policies, and expectations, ensuring a smooth transition into their teaching journey. My first experience as a teacher started from PTM VHSS Maruthoorkonam  spend from November 21 - November 25. We spent 5 days as teachers and experienced the profession. I can remember the days as a teacher it will always be remembered.

The English department's program 'Teletubbies' was a unique celebration inculcating both World Television Day (November 21)Children's Day ( November 20). It was based on the Subject Association Program.  The program emphasized the role of television in shaping children's experiences and education. Teacher trainees used the platform for showcasing their skills and talents.
